UPDATE: 2025 SA, NT & WA LPD
The original SA & NT LPD and the WA LPD have now been combined into the one trip departing on Tuesday 22 April with the group splitting at Katherine (after Darwin) at Manbulloo Station. There are two itineraries on the website reflecting the SA & NT portion and the more extensive WA LPD. School Holidays have been highlighted and in the Northern Territory in particular caravan parks should be pre-booked. When the group splits in two at Manbulloo Homestead, and each group is smaller it may be possible to “suck it and see”. However, in WA (like Queensland), the WA grey nomads move north for the winter, and so there are many popular tourist locations in WA that should also be prebooked.
We are travelling in “peak tourist season”, so site fees will be much higher than expected. We will prebook and (where necessary) prepay the caravan parks in the main popular tourist areas as required. Overall, with prebooking sites, the LPD will be locked into a set schedule,
This LPD is limited to a maximum of 13 rigs and a waitlist will apply when the registrations are closed.
LPD closed – Waiting list applies
