Here is where you will be able to choose “Expressions of Interest” and you will be able to see the various trips that are under development or being considered for the future. You can register your EOI for these trips.
The purpose of the Expressions of Interest is to gauge the popularity or otherwise of trips being considered/developed. If the Tagalong or LPD in question does not receive sufficient interest, then the proposed trip may not proceed.
When the Club first started there were just two members who were planning and organising our Long Paddock Drives and Tagalongs, so coordinating them into the Club calendar was not too difficult.
Now however as the Club has evolved there are more members undertaking the planning and organising of trips and with more trips, fitting them all into the calendar is becoming a challenge.
Trip registration numbers have also been reduced from a maximum of 20 rigs down to a more manageable 12 rigs, and this has brought with it a diiferent set of challenges as members who want to travel have missed out.
Your LPD Coordinator and his team will be reviewing the various trips that have been put forward, considering their suitability and looking at the Club calendar to see when these proposed trips will fit into the Club program.
