Forbes, situated on the Lachlan River, offers great history and heritage buildings, or take

in the inland sculpture trail, “Sculpture down the Lachlan”.

Junee is full of surprises, a town which revolves around its delectable Liquorice and Chocolate Factory.

Lockhart has earned a reputation as Verandah Town.

Deniliquin is an aquatic playground on the beautiful Edward River which meanders into the spectacular Murray Valley National Park.

Hay, set on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in the Riverina region, is the kind of place where you’ll want to slow down. That may be to enjoy long outback sunsets over the Hay Plains.

The Gogeldrie Riverside Park is 15 minutes from Leeton.

Art Deco architecture rules in Leeton, a charm-filled town in the Riverina.

Go wine and whisky tasting, browse produce markets and enjoy birdwatching.

Five nights in Griffith will allow you to soak up its Spring Festival, its history and heritage, wine and dine to your

heart’s content, or join a local tour to hear first-hand about what makes Griffith tick.
