When submitting a registration form to attend a Muster, Tagalong, Holiday or Long Paddock Drive, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed the itinerary, considered both you and your partners health and medical needs and you’re confirming the rig and vehicle being taken on the event is suitably equipped.
- You’ve read and understand the ‘Long Paddock Drive & Tagalong Guidelines’ and ‘Code of Conduct’ and will comply.
- You acknowledge that your medical and pharmaceutical needs are your personal responsibility and not that of RRVC Club organisers.
- You agree to pay for any planned meal costs if you cancel within 72 hours of the event.
- You agree to pay any site, and event costs the Club has paid on your behalf, if you do not attend.
- You will wear your name badge at happy hour and planned events.
- You are aware:
- the Club reserves LPD & Tagalong, Holiday and Muster location/s in good faith, however, restrictions and local government governance may dictate a change to location and/or caravan park, showground or other.
- in the event of cancellation, some caravan parks may not return deposits or may only offer a credit or may retain more than the first night’s deposit.
- refund conditions may state it’s your risk when booking.
- the Club is unable to guarantee that any money paid to any organisation on your behalf will be refunded nor is the Club is liable for any losses incurred.
- the Club recommends Travel Insurance and RACQ Ultimate insurance coverage.
- UHF radio with long range and flexible aerials are mandatory on all Long Paddock Drives and Tagalongs.
- Additional fuel and water may be mandatory on certain trips.
- Bull Bars are always highly recommended as animal impact has occurred on previous trips.
- Personal EPIRB maybe recommended.
- Additional wheels and tyres maybe recommended.
- Some locations may require grey water to be retained in a suitable greywater tank. Please investigate if your caravan is equipped with a grey water tank. If not consider a portable method of containment.
- Pets are not allowed in State and National Parks and are therefore unable to attend some tagalongs and long paddock drives. The website will detail if pets are allowed.
Showground, Campground or Caravan Park Bookings
When a caravan park requires payment up front, you submit a Registration Form first. The Muster, LPD, Tagalong and Event Coordinator will make your reservations. You do not need to contact the Caravan Park / Organisation to book in unless specifically requested to do so by the coordinator. You then contact the caravan park and make the booking and payment.
