Club Membership is open to families, singles, working people, retirees, with access to a
- Caravan (all types)
- Motor home
- Camper van
- Camper Trailer
- Fifth Wheeler
- Slide-on
- Touring equipped 4WD RV vehicle with Roof top tent or swag etc
- Off-road camper trailers
Member
A person aged 18 years or older with access to a qualifying recreational RV or form of caravan shall be eligible to be an ordinary member. The Member pays the initial Joining Fee and Annual Membership fees.
Visitor - Family / Friend of Members
'Visitor' is open to
- A person who is considering joining can attend a Club event on three (3) occasions prior to joining, or
- A family friend or family member wishing to attend with the Club member.
Visitors may attend
- Dining & morning tea events
- Other social events
- Musters or Long Paddock Drives if there are vacancies.
4WD touring Recreational Vehicles
From February 2023, four wheel drive recreational vehicles equipped for touring with a tent, swag or other form of accommodation and off-road campers are eligible to be part of the Club.
Definition: A 'touring 4WD RV' & Off-road Campers means carrying gas bottles, drinking water, a portable toilet, outdoor shower, batteries, solar panels, food storage, refrigeration, cooking gear, safety and retrieval equipment. UHF radio, bull bar, high lift jack, inverters, first aid equipment and tool kit. This is not an exhaustive list.
Joining Process
Complete and submit the Membership Registration Form
- Once the Membership Registration Form is received it goes directly to the Membership Review Committee and within a couple of days you will receive notification from the Membership Officer, advising whether your application is successful.
- If successful, you need to pay the 'Joining Fee' and 'Annual Membership Fee' within 14 days.
- Upon receipt of your fees, the Office will issue you a 'username' and 'password' to access 'Members Only' areas of the website.
- Within a short period you will also receive your plastic, magnetised name badge, a lanyard, pouch and sticker for your rig.
- Once you have paid your fees you can immediately register for any activity being held.

Fees
The Club, realised there is a risk if not financially independent so members in 2021 approved a package of reforms that ensures the ongoing viability of the Club.
- The Joining Fee is $27.50 per person.
- The Annual Fee is $27.50 per person.
Your 'Joining Fee' provides you with a van sticker, lanyard and magnetic name badge.
Non Refundable Rig Fee
'Holidays', 'Tagalong's & 'Long Paddock Drives'
The 'Non-refundable Rig Fee' supports planning, operational costs associated with the trip and unforeseen expenses on the trip.
The 'Rig Fee' is $1 each day, to a maximum of $50, on Holidays, Tagalongs and Long Paddock Drives. (e.g. a 40 day trip is $40; a 65 day trip is $50).
Rig Fees are reviewed annually and voted on by the membership at the annual general meeting.
Rig Fees are not imposed on social events and musters.
Club Website
The website is our 'clubhouse' and members are requested to visit it weekly to update their knowledge of what is occurring with trips and social life.
When people join they get access to the 'Members Only' area of the website that has specific information on club business and activities.
Unfinancial members have access to 'Members Only' suspended until fees are paid.
