Dining occasions are held during the year at restaurants and clubs. Family and friends are welcome to attend and all you need do is complete the registration form located at each webpage highlighted venue.
Important Information
- Cut-off for dining events is 5:00pm two days prior to the advertised event.
- Cancellation may incur a fee placed by the dining establishment. If this occurs you are required to make the payment to the Club bank account to reimburse the paid fee.
- Non attendance after registration could incur reimbursement of cost to Club bank account if the Club is required to cover your payment due to non attendance.

- Luncheons: 11:00am social, midday lunch
- Dinners: 5:30pm social, 6:30pm dinner

Dining occurs during the course of the year, at venues to be advertised, also after coffee mornings there maybe the option to continue on for lunch. When you register for the Coffee Mornings please indicate if you are going to stay for lunch.
Coochie Mudlo Island Bar & Grill
A booking has been made at the Coochie Mudlo Island Bar & Grill for the 03/02/2027, opening time 11am. There is a 300 metre walk from ferry terminal to the Bar and Grill. A link has been attached to the menu to help people choose beforehand. Should we get high attendance numbers they have asked that we send peoples menu choices a week or so beforehand and pay when we get there. They also said they will have plenty of stock if people wish to add on after arrival. Access is by pedestrian ferry, no booking required (50cents each way per person) or by vehicle ferry which requires a booking.
There is another cafe nearby which opens earlier for those who want to arrive earlier and want coffee and make a day of it.
