Travel To & From

The trip to and from is a touring holiday in company with others, or on your own to and from Western Australia.

There is no ‘Support Crew’

Those attending should consider travelling alone or in recommended small groups of 3-5.

Each group make decisions on stopover locations, sightseeing or tours along the way.

An indicative itinerary to WA is provided to assist with ideas for the tagalong holiday.

Remember numbers at free camping sites could require members going to the next available camp site due to lack of space.

You need to arrive at the caravans parks on the days booked.  Failure to attend is your responsibility and organisers and the club committee are not responsible for seeking reimbursement or reorganisation of your attendance.

Estimated Cost of ‘Holiday’

Allowing for fuel, site fees, living expenses you should work on $12,000 (2022 prices) for this ‘Holiday’.  This does not include tours, dining or incidental spending.

Update Information

Periodic information including pricing updates will be sent to those submitting an Expression of Interest.

The Brochure and Indicative Itinerary will be updated as organisational changes occur.

Formal Bookings and Fees

2 July 2025 – 1 August 2025

Members need to confirm their attendance during the ‘formal booking period’ by paying the ‘non refundable rig fee’ and 1st nights accommodation to the Club bank account at time of Jotform registration.

Apart from 1st nights accommodation fees, Members will pay two additional scheduled payments.

Please note: In 2022, caravan parks are asking for 50% deposit for bulk bookings.  2022 pricing indicates this could be in the region of $1500 for the first payment followed by two scheduled payments of $700 each.

Tours, dining, events etc are not planned by the Club and members need to decide what they wish to do when at the location/event.
